This is our first interstate investment property in Perth and Maggie was prompt and patient in responding to my inquiries (unlike other agents with no call backs) about the buying process and contract as it is quite different from NSW.

If there were a 6 star option Maggie and her team ABSOLUTELY deserve it. From the start I had a few real estate agents chosen and in my final list, Maggies experience and skills outweighed her competitors by far. I went with her and it was the best decision I could have made. I've never sold a house before and was unsure of a few things which Maggie explained to me and her team made sure I knew exactly what was going on at each stage keeping me promptly updated. Maggie was amazing from the beginning we were made to feel like we were the only clients she had.  Totally honest and transparent even with difficult discussions, Maggie is a pleasure to deal with light and easy to talk to and so well informed and up to date with the current market.  Her amazing stylist helped us present our family home in the best possible light.  With her also sharing the name of an excellent handyman we were able to finish our place for a quick and very profitable sale.  Maggie’s attention to detail is exceptional and her wealth of knowledge was shared at every turn.  Her customer service is unparalleled and even after the sale of the property continues to go on.
